My story
From London to Tokyo, surrounded by the world's top players.
Born into the professional game
I was born and raised in London — golf was always beside me. My father, Chris Meadows, was a golf professional and TV presenter, and I travelled the world's tournaments with him, walking beside legendary players and coaches. Looking back, it was an absurdly privileged place to grow up.
I was coached directly by six-time Major champion Nick Faldo, spoke with world-class players like Collin Morikawa, Xander Schauffele and Justin Rose, and caddied at Major championships.
The one answer they all gave
For years, I asked players and coaches the same question.
"What do you value most?"
"The fundamentals. Without them there is no consistency, no repeatability, no distance — ever."
The answer was astonishingly consistent. Golf is not a sport of talent or feel — the players at the very top are the ones who care most about the fundamentals.
Taught the right things from the start, I broke 100 at age six and was shooting in the 60s as a teenager, competing at national level. That is exactly what I want to hand to you: a true understanding of the right movements — and a lot more enjoyment on the course.
